Return and Refund
In the event that goods arrive that do not comply with what is indicated on the site, the customer will have to return the goods to Gravina Parquet Group Srl , which will replace it and reimburse the costs of shipping. For the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its packaging original, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, seals, etc...);
Returns of non-compliant goods must be reported to Gravina Parquet Group Srl within days immediately following delivery, by sending an email to shop@gpgroupsrl.com indicating the non-compliant goods and having received a confirmation email from Gravina Parquet Group Srl .
Once the goods have arrived at Gravina Parquet Group Srl , after a quick verification, the correct goods will be sent back to you or if not available we will refund.
