For delivery times, Saturdays and public holidays should not be considered.
Gravina Parquet Group srl reserves the right to accept or refuse deliveries requested outside the Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries to be made outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
For some very bulky or heavy products (for example parquet, accessories, installation products) the shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
Upon receipt of the goods, scrupulously comply with the following:
- Check that the number of packages received corresponds to the number of packages indicated in the slip you are signing.
- Check the integrity of the package and in case of tampering and/or breakage, write the wording "I accept subject to control" indicating the reason.
- In case of acceptance of the package with the wording "I accept subject to inspection", please take detailed photographs of the package before and after opening it and send us the relative images to email@example.com
Only in this way will it be possible to make any complaints to the courier.
