Delivery time
All items ordered online by 24:00 on a working day, if available in stock, are shipped the following morning and delivered within 48/72 hours. All this is possible thanks to a logistic organization, able to manage a very high quantity of daily orders and thanks to the best logistic partners. For delivery times, Saturdays and public holidays should not be considered.

Returned non-compliant goods must be returned to Gravina Parquet Group Srl in the days immediately following delivery, after having sent an email indicating the non-compliant goods and having received a confirmation email from Gravina Parquet Group Srl.
Once the goods have arrived at Gravina Parquet Group Srl, after a quick check, the correct goods will be sent back to you or, if not available, we will refund them.
